I am in my early stages of transition and felt I had come to a point whereby I needed to start thinning my beard, the thinning option rather than total removal be decided so as not to raise suspicions in my work place at that time, as you can imagine I had much anxiety regards this decision, within 10 minutes of my initial consultation my concerns were over, I have since had a very discrete thinning and after 20 minute the reddening disappears. I even feel I look younger without the grey shadow. Not even my closest colleagues have noticed and shaving is for me now far less frequent. It should also be mentioned that the business is not set in the typical high street rank of shops set up which also made my visits far more relaxed by not worrying who would see me from work.
